Account of freight paid by John Graham Esquire, Lieutenant-Governor of Georgia, for hire of vessels employed in transporting 'negroes', provisions and other effects of loyal inhabitants of Georgia, who were obliged to be removed to East Florida on the evacuation of Savannah in July 1782. Total balance due to Graham, £647 2s 6d.
