Full Description:
Benjamin Harrison to [Carleton]. Virginia. Discussion with regard to the ordering of the payment of eight cases of wine, the property of General Chatellieux which was taken by some British prisoners. In total are 480 bottles of champagne, burgundy, vin de grave and claret. At the end it is noted, Signed by Colonel Lavalette. Colonel Smith will receive and receipt for any money on account of the above.
