Board of Enquiry draft minutes. New York. Major James Graham, 37th Regiment, presiding, Captain John Lemoine, Captain Stephen Cooke, Captain J Ja [James?] Dunbar, Captain Henry Nettles and Stephen Payne Adye, Deputy Judge-Advocate. Consideration of claims for pay of various soldiers who, having escaped from prison [i.e. troops of the Convention of Saratoga] have been drafted into other regiments. Very detailed information given by claimants. Endorsed 'Northern Army'.
