Full Description:
Joseph Durfee, Joshua Pell and James Dole to Carleton. New York. Memorial. As agents for Port Roseway communicate the letters they have received from Governor Parr and the Secretary of the Province of Nova Scotia. As there is no longer any expectation of supplies from Halifax they ask what Carleton will be able to grant and refer to a list of enumerated articles formerly presented. They ask for an engineer as recommended by Governor Parr.
