Full Description:
James and John Sayre to Major Mackenzie. Memorandum testifying to the extreme distress of Jehiel Ketchim, discharged from the Engineers Department, and Rufus Hardy a former master-shipbuilder of the King's Yard in Connecticut. Both refugees, as a result of their sickness and unemployment.
