Full Description:
London, Governor William Tryon writes to Carleton recommending the bearer Sir John Saint Clair who is in business arranging private affairs in America. Also, he requests that should an opportunity arise, a commission in a British Regiment might be granted to Mr Peter Batchelor, a relative of Mrs Tryon.
