Lieutenant-Colonel John Connolly to Sir Guy Carleton. London. Memorial. Having obtained the king's approbation for the continuance of his subsistence since the signing of the peace, he humbly presumes the prayer of his preceding memorial will be thought unnecessary. Wishing to be employed, solicits the Government of Niagara or Detroit supposing these posts are yet essentially necessary to be maintained on the opposite shores.
