Full Description:
[Major Frederick MacKenzie] to [Governor John Parr]. New York. Discussion with regard to the refugees who went from Charleston to Nova Scotia being furnished with provisions and other supplies in the same manner and in an equal proportion with those who lately emigrated to that province, and also that preparations are being made to send the refugees to Roseway [Nova Scotia] as soon as the season renders it advisable.
