Full Description:
[Major Frederick MacKenzie] to Brook Watson. New York. To give directions to the Commissary at Halifax to issue from the stores one year's provisions for 129 men, 130 women and youths, and 24 black servants at full allowance, and 65 children at half allowance. Making 115,157 and one half rations without rum, being for the use of the loyal refugees arrived from South Carolina.
