George Rose to Carleton. Treasury Chambers. Desiring him to enquire into the subject of Lieutenant-Governor Graham's memorial wherein he prays to be reimbursed the sum of £647 2s 7d, which was expended in the hire of vessels used in transporting 'negroes', provisions &c., of the loyal inhabitants of Georgia.
