The officers commanding His Majesty's Provincial Regiments to Carleton. Representation on behalf of themselves and others. Detailed discussion with regard to their loyalty and sacrifice, and that they have a desire of some provision in view of the peace. Numerous signatories including, Lieutenant-Colonel Thompson, Colonel Beverley Robinson, Colonel Gabriel G. Ludlow, Lieutenant-Colonel Stephen De Lancey, Lieutenant-Colonel George Turnbull, Major Thomas Menzies, Lieutenant-Colonel James Chalmers, and Lieutenant-Colonel William Allen.
