Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel William Crosbie to Major MacKenzie. New York. That no barrack stores have been delivered for use of the navy. Fuel and candles have at diffeent times by particular order been delivered to the admirals and officers, but the books have been sent home. Sends a copy of an account procured from Mr Davis of upholstery for Prince William Henry's apartments [i.e those of the future William IV].
