Full Description:
Major George Hanger to MacKenzie. Thinks Lord Cathcart or Captain Miller should pay the money to Captain James. As Lord Cathcart appointed him paymaster, thinks it a very cruel case that Captain James should be kept out of the money so long, he having paid the sum to his troop out of his own subsistence. Requests him to use his influence with the Commander-in-Chief to bring this to a hearing.
