Full Description:
Board of General Officers [Brigadier-Generals Birch, Clarke and Martin]. New York. Minutes. That a letter from General Robertson, 6 March 1783, Number 1, praying payment for a quantity of clothing of the 16th Regiment taken at Pensacola was read. Number 2, which is a return of clothing, 27 September 1781, and Number 3, an estimate of expense to make good the loss. There was also a certificate from Lieutenant-General Campbell who commanded in West Florida whereby payment is recommended. Signed by S Birch, President.
