Full Description:
John Hancock to Carleton. Boston. Introduces Mr John R Livingston and Mr John Todd, the latter in the behalf of Mr John Wheelwright. They are merchants of this town who have obtained permission to go to New York in the hope of being able to repossess themselves of property carried off by a Mr Campbell and a Mr Huntingdon who absconded yesterday evening. Requests His Excellency to allow them to use means to recover their property.
