Abstract of bounty money paid by order of His Excellency General Sir Guy Carleton, Commander-in-Chief, to soldiers who have made their escape from the rebels between 26 February and 26 March 1783, at the rate of two guineas per man. Listing showing under, corps, rank and total of men, and amount paid. Totalling £47 18s 2d and two thirds penny. Signed by Captain Charles Handfield, Paymaster of Absent Corps, and Cashier W. Shipman.
