Full Description:
Major William Anstruther, commanding the Royal Garrison Battalion to [Carleton]. Bermuda. Nothwithstanding the fair promises before the departure of Lieutenant Slack, the troops in St George's are still quartered in the worst rooms in the jail. Has repeatedly petitioned the Governor and the Council but to no effect.
