Full Description:
J. Foxcroft to [Morgann]. He is at this moment favoured with [Morgann's] note and in answer thereto begs leave to acquaint him that Captain Green, having had no occasion to call on Admiral Digby yesterday morning, informed him that his dispatches woud not be ready before Tuesday. He intends to make up the mail tomorrow morning at nine o'clock and deliver it to the Captain. Whoever detains him afterwards must assign their reasons for his justification at home.
