Full Description:
Gordon Biddulph & Gordon to Maurice Morgann. New York. In answer to his letter of 'the 5th instant' they inform him that, by the packet just arrived from England, they have reason to think that delivering lists of bills to Carleton would subject them to their principal's displeasure, and that they must decline it farther. They ask that he assure Carleton they do not withhold them from any other motive.
