Full Description:
Lieutenant-Colonel John Small, commanding the 82nd Regiment, and Major Alexander Robertson, commanding the 2nd Battalion 84th Regiment to Major-General James Paterson. Halifax. Memorial on behalf of a sergeant and two privates who, sent with stores to the post of Spanish River, Cape Breton, were shipwrecked near Taylor's Bay and lost all their possessions apart from the clothes they wore. Pray that either the articles lost be replaced or the actual loss be reimbursed.
