Full Description:
Return of vessels entered and cleared. Superintendent's Office, New York. Listed under, entered inwards and cleared for departure. Signed by William Seton. Noted that one of the vessels is an American vessel, the 'Virginia', which was captured by the man-of-war and restored as out of time, admitted to an entry at the request of the master and agreeable to the orders of His Excellency the Commander in Chief, dated 17 April 1783.
