Full Description:
Governor John Hancock to Carleton. Boston, Massachusetts. Thanks him for his letter in consequence of his recommendation of Mr Livingston. Begs him to allow Perez Moreton and Charles Bulfinch with Mrs Moreton to pass into New York. The first two are trying to obtain compensatin for the medicines and drugs belonging to Dr Bulfinch which were used by the British troops.
