Full Description:
Carleton to Governor Parr. New York. Introduces Lieutenant-Colonel Stephen De Lancey, Major Barclay and Edward Winslow, who have been nominated by the Provincial Corps as their agents to go to Nova Scotia and look out for furture settlements there. Recommends them for assistance and preference in the location of lands.
