Full Description:
Mary Shackerly to Carleton. New York. Asking for a few minutes of his attention. 2nd document, Shackerly's account against Mr Tarbell for board and schooling of his daughter. Also for dress, cap, clothes, washing, and 24s for a hat. Cash received, 5 guineas, balance £21 3s. 4d. Endorsed by Major Frederick MacKenzie, as referred to the Board of which Brigadier General Clarke is President, dated 25 April 1783.
