Full Description:
17th or Leicestershire Regiment of Infantry. Abstract for 60 days subsistence, from 24 February to 24 April 1783 inclusive. Listed under, ranks, rate each per day, and total amount, £660 10s. Secondly, the amount for necessaries furnished the prisoners and subsistence to men escaped from the enemy from 25 December 1781 to 23 February 1782, £1,010 13s 7d. Lastly, to be deducted totalling £273. Signed by Shipman, Captain George Cuppaidge, and W Scott, Paymaster.
