Full Description:
Richard Porter, Assistant Deputy-Judge-Advocate to Major Frederick MacKenzie. City Hall. The Board acknowledge the receipt of the enclosed but observe that if the accounts are sent specially, then the parties concerned should be ordered to attend at the same time. The complaint of Mary Schackerly is already before the Board but being number 118 they have not yet had time to attend to it. Lieutenant Tarbill the party complained of, has been embarked some time and is now at Staten Island. In the account delivered by the bearer Mr McIntosh, only four of the persons named are at present in the province.
