Full Description:
Isaac Kip to Carleton. New York. Memorial. Praying that a schooner consigned to him from St Thomas by his brother-in-law John De Wint may be allowed to pass into this port or to Amboy. The provisions on board are partly for the benefit of his father-in-law, of Tappan, and partly due to a merchant in this city. The cargo may tend to lessen the prices of provisions here. With a certificate by William Smith, dated 1 May 1783.
