Full Description:
John Cochran to Carleton. Memorial. Is the Captain Commandant of His Majesty's Castle 'William and Mary', in the Province of New Hampshire. On the dismantling of the fortress in 1775, he rejoined the army. Has always received his pay by warrant and begs his pay to the 1 August 1783. Also such a certificate as may be proper to enable him to apply in furture to the Commander-in-Chief of Nova Scotia.
