Full Description:
Governor William Browne to Carleton. Bermuda. Encloses a memorial from Lieutenant Shadwell, Garrison Battalion and captain of the King's castle Bermuda, praying some allowance for his trouble and expenses on account of Thomas Poole, lodged at the castle in his custody. Requests His Excellency either to consider the memorial or instruct him how to do it effectually.
