Full Description:
Brigadier-General Archibald McArthur, St Augustine to Carleton. Sends certificates supporting Lieutenant Wilson's (Engineer) pay. He normally receives ten shilings a day and unless Carleton objects would wish to continue this as he merits praise for his work. Wilson forwards to Lieutenant-Colonel Morse, plans of works and a sketch of the country within the St John's river.
