Full Description:
Richard Porter, Assistant Deputy Judge-Advocate, City Hall to Major McKenzie, Deputy Adjutant- General. He is directed by the Board of Enquiry, of which Brigadier-General Martin is President, to inform him that the memorial of Messrs McRea and Munn, which sets out a demand against Lieutenant James Smith for a protested bill of £310, was delivered to the Adjutant-General submitting their case to the Commander-in-Chief more than three weeks ago.
