Full Description:
Sir Guy Carleton to Thomas Townshend. New York. Number 74. Encloses letters he has written to Governor Parr since the sailing of the 'Halifax' packet, concerning the refugees embarked for Nova Scotia and the distributions of land in that province. Noted that he also encloses returns of the troops and Loyalists embarked for Nova Scotia, together with returns of provisions, ordnance and stores sent to that province at the same time.
