Full Description:
Lord North to Carleton. Whitehall. With regard to the application made by Ensign John Bloxham of the North Carolina Volunteers whose health has been much impaired by his serivice, asks to remain in England for his recovery. His Majesty has been pleased to comply therewith and to permit him to remain absent from his regiment for six months from the date hereof.
