Full Description:
William Bell to Carleton. Memorial. He is a lieutenant in the King's Orange Rangers. Asks leave to dispose of men raised in Colonel Ludlow's Regiment, General De Lancey's Brigade, in 1781. Also asks for subsistence money for time served in the said regiment or recompense for the same.
