Full Description:
Colonel Beverley Robinson, New York to Carleton. Wishes to go to England with his family but is unable to do so without the Government's help to firstly discharge his debts incurred by raising a regiment. Requests an advance of six months pay from his commissions. Also that two of his sons are to go with the regiment to Nova Scotia.
