Full Description:
Peter Mabee, New York to Carleton. Petition. He is a refugee lately under the command of Colonel James Delancy at Westchester. Admits to stealing in retaliation a mare belonging to Johnathan Odell who in turn had stolen a mare from him. He surrendered the mare and begs a discharge and a passage to Nova Scotia.
