Full Description:
Duncan Ray, Rae or Wray, New York to Carleton. A Memorial. A former colonel of the Highland District, Anson County, North Carolina militia. Sets out his losses and services and seeks pay as a colonel being destitute. An order by Mackenzie, certified by Captain Bucke, of 13 June allows £50 immediate support and to apply at the Refugee Board.
