Full Description:
Edmund Ward, New York to Carleton. Memorial. He is a Loyalist from East Chester, in Westchester County, and has been banished by the Americans. Begs relief. Provides a certificate signed by Peter Huggerford and Joshua Pell. Annexed is a letter from his wife of 6 June stating that the farm has been confiscated and she has been ordered to leave.
