Full Description:
Staten Island. A memorial signed by Donald Drummond on behalf of that class of inhabitants living on the east end of the island who have suffered various hardships and had their property destroyed. The note is endorsed on the reverse by Frederick Mackenzie, Adjutant-General dated 11 June 1783 stating that no further relief can be afforded.
