Maurice Morgann. Proposed letter from New York to officers commanding at Annapolis [Royal], Fort Cumberland and at the St John's River regarding the Commander-in-Chief's recommendation of refugees to Nova Scotia, that they be afforded every civility and assistance in their power in the area of their post, and their situation be stated to the Governor and officer commanding in the province.
