Full Description:
Maurice Morgann to George Redhead and J Johnson. Letter from New York stating that the generality of their demands dated 10 June leaves the Commander-in-Chief with nothing to reply, only that they have already been explicitly informed that the treaty would be carried out as best as possible, and that Egbert Benson, William Smith and Daniel Parker were appointed by Congress to superintend, along with Commissioners appointed by him, the embarkations being arranged of evacuation. This was so that American citizen's property wouldn't be mistakenly removed, although the occasional item may escape their notice, but they should appreciate the further help they would give.
