Full Description:
Brigadier-General Archibald McArthur to Carleton. A letter from St Augustine following one dated the '6th inst' containing reports and returns, stating that ships for Jamaica and [New] Providence, containing refugees and other inhabitants, would sail in a few days. Ships for England would also sail in a few days and provisions had still not arrived. Memorial sent from field officers of the garrison. Creek Indians were on their way and would be given ammunition from the magazine.
