Full Description:
Carleton to George Rose. A letter from New York returning the memorial of Lieutenant-Governor Graham. Brigadier-General Clarke and Captain Chads state there were not enough ships to evacuate St Augustine but the enclosed letter from Captain Swiney would provide information on the numbers supplied by Graham.
