Thomas Aston Coffin. New York. Abstract of pay due to the undermentioned persons and remaining in the hands of Thomas Aston Coffin, Paymaster &c. Listed under several accounts showing New York currency and the amount. Included are accounts headed for seconded officers, the Waggon Department, the Engineer' Department, batteaux and bargemen, the Armed Boats Company, the forage and fuel branches of the Commissary-General's Department, distressed Loyalists, fuel and candles short delivered at Charleston, and seconded officers going to Nova Scotia. Totalling £628 17s 0d and two twelfths of a penny sterling.
