Abstract of pay due the non-commissioned officers and private men of the Light Infantry Company, 38th Regiment commanded by Lieutenant-General Robert [Pigot] whilst prisoners of war from 25 June 1782 to 24 June 1783. Listed under, number, rank, pay per day, amount for one day, and amount for 365 days. Totalling with deductions £187 4s 9d. Signed by Captain M. Millet, Captain and Paymaster John Sergeant, and examined by Cashier William Shipman.
