76th Regiment of Foot. Two part document. Account of subsistence for the following non-commissioned officers, drummers and private prisoners of His Majesty's 76th Regiment of Foot, whereof Colonel John McDonell is commandant for the following musters from 24 February 1782 to 24 June 1783. Listed under, number, rank, pay per day, amount for one day, and total amount. Totalling with deductions £5,795 18s 7d. Signed by Captain William Cunninghame, and captain and paymaster David Barclay. Part two letter, Cunninghame to Carleton. Memorial. Prays for warrant in favour of Captain David Barclay for sum of £3,000 sterling.
