Full Description:
Lieutenant-General Von Lossberg to Carleton. New York. Transmits the depositions of two men of the Hessian troops who purchased their liberty from John Faesch at Mount Hope and to whom they are indented. There are thirty-two more in the same situation and he begs to know His Excellency's determination concerning them, which he had the honour to lay before him on 'the 19th instant'.
