Full Description:
City and County of New York. Coroner's inquisition. Sworn before Coroner William Waddell Esquire, upon the body of Timothy Murphy, late a seaman on board the transport ship 'Commerce'. Murphy's hat fell into the river, he jumped in to retrieve it and drowned. Signed and sealed by Waddell and twelve others.
