Full Description:
Edmund Ward. Information before Chief Justice William Smith as to the loss of his farm at Eastchester, County of Westchester as a forfeited estate. Accompanying are notices from Ebenezer S Burling, Justice of the Peace with regard to an inquest held as to the forcible entry made on the lands of Honeywell, on which Ward now resides. Also a precept for summoning the inquest, a copy of the inquest and the finding of the jury on 1 July, and an order to the sheriff to cause to be restored to David Williams the lands and tenements that were seized by Edmund Ward.
