Full Description:
[Carleton] to Governor John Parr. New York. The bearer Captain Alberti late of the 3rd Regiment of Waldeck, having obtained permission from his Prince to retire from service is now desirous of settling in Nova Scotia with a number of German faimlies who go under the direction of the Reverend Mr Kern. Therefore begs leave to recommend him to Your Excellency's counternance and assistance for such grant of lands as are made to others in his situation.
